Colonel Glen Locklear

Colonel Glen D. Locklear retired October 1, 2001 as the Chief, Maintenance Management; Directorate of Maintenance, Deputy Chief of Staff, Installations and Logistics; Headquarters United States Air Force. In this capacity he was responsible for base-level and depot-level policy, personnel/training policy, maintenance information systems, and logistics innovation as they apply to all Air Force aircraft maintenance and communications electronics maintenance people and activities.
